A theme for the Auto-Responder, and my third submission. More subdued and calculated than Dave, but yet more brash and overall less mature than Dirk, I put in bits of Beatdown with a softer sounding lead, though most of it is original.

One thing I've noticed about submissions so far:
A lot of them have been remixes of old songs, while only a small minority have been original melodies. Maybe I’m just looking in the wrong places? I find it more fun to create an original piece anyway. I tried to remix a few things before and it always came out either crappy or sounding like the original anyway. Putting my own spin on something is often harder than just starting from...
